Call to order; Immediate Past Leo District President Leo Anthony Siyavunda called the meeting to order.

Approval of minutes:
Since most of the board members from the past meeting were not present, the minutes were not tabled.
Matters Arising:
Present board members reviewed the past quarter and previewed their plans of action for the next quarter.
LR2C: Leo Chris Bvunzawabaya
To resuscitate Africa University with the formation of a Leo Club or a campus Lions
Club with the help of Lion Iqbal
To establish a Leo Club at Christe Mambo High School
To resuscitate Leo Clubs at St Mary's Magdalene and Kutama
To contact Lion Jessie Khaka and former Leo Tendai Mutimutema in resuscitating
Leo Clubs in Chinhoyi.
To work with Lions Clubs in Harare and form more Leo Clubs in Harare with
prospective being Watershed, Eaglesvale and Oriel.
To collect district dues from active clubs.
LR3C Bernard Muvhami:
To help revive Camelot High School Leos with the help of Lion Smith.
The new board at Shungu High is ineffective therefore should help rebuild the club
To see into the present status of Nkululeko, Drake and send their request for resuscitation.
Work closely with two new clubs Batanai and Goldridge and Educare
To contact Leo Advisors at Manunure, Regina Mundi, Victoria and Kyle and follow up.
To contact Lions in Zvishavane and Shurugwi and help build Leo Clubs
LR4C Letwin Mapanda:
To contact Khumalo Lions Club to formally charter Solusi University
To contact Lions Club of Matopos and Leo Thembi for the formation of a Leo Club at NUST
To help rebuild Gifford and Townsend
To contact Lion Jessie for the formation of a Leo Clubs in Victoria Falls and Hwange
