COMMUNITY SERVICE
Blood Donation
The Blood donation campaign has continued to be our most consistent project. It held every semester.
Last semester from the 31st of March to the 4th of April it was headed by Pro Leo Olorato. The campaign encountered some obstacles, as there was a lack of funds and as a result there were no incentives provided during the campaign. However there was greater promotion strategy for this particular campaign as mobile advertising stands were brought on campus to promote the campaign. A panel discussion was also held to promote awareness about blood donation. With these measures in place, the campaign went on with out any major problems.
FUNDRAISING
Raffle Ticket Sales
Fundraising through the sale of Lion raffle tickets was conducted during the second semester. We were to receive 20% of all proceeds generated from the tickets that we sold.
We then went for the long vacation of three months (April to July)
